Im 13 and ive been up for 3 days strait i think i might have insomnia but theirhasnt been anything weird latel

i havent done anything abnormal latetly i just cant sleep at all even if i feel tired i just cant sleep help

  1. I had overwhelming anxiety and insomnia. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?



    I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!



    Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

    The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

  2. Are there any emotional issues going on with you? Anything on your mind that's troubling you? We are kinda in the same boat actually - It's been 3 days for me too lol....driving me nuts! So I am quite empathetic!

    What are you doing before Bed? What d you do when you can't sleep? You gotta make sure you don't overstimulate your brain....which will kep you awake...no help if you have some emotional worries or something, cos you can't just switch those off, but yeah....

  4. Insomnia is a condition that recurs nearly every night.  What you are experiencing is not insomnia and it is putting your health at risk.  Your body requires rest and by depriving it of that, you are putting a tremendous strain on your system.

    You need to tell your parents what's going on.

    i think u shood go 4 a 20 run something that make u really stuffd

    i have had that once i just thought about footy and i fell alsleep

  8. If you suffer from insomnia ,you do not just don't sleep for 3 days ,but do not sleep at all.

    But this is not good at all.There must be something bothering you  that keeps you awake,even when you are tired.

    It is high time you talk to your parents or maybe your Dr about this.Your body needs the rest.So go talk to them.See that this gets proper attention.
