Im 13 years old but i wanna get started training for a track career. What do i have to do.?

OK im 13 but im really good a track and i wanna get started on training. What doc i have to do. Like do i get a trainer and i live in Florida like can you point me out to a good place to train and competitions that happen for me to compete in. I live in Fort Myers so i really need help finding out wat to do. Point me out to competion, places to train ,and trainers. Thank You Im school MVP in track and soccer. Any US competitions and good trainers or training gyms in florida close to Fort myers. Competitions all over Us for me to get used to competition.

  2. just stay on the school times and continue training year round even when the seasons are over - it costs a lot of money to hire a professional coach- you're too young for most of the national competitions - and you would have to pay your own travel costs.I wouldn't expect too much until you get to high school and you if you wind up finishing very high in state competition, you might be able to get college scholarships and then your training will really intensify

  3. Run as often as you can, but make sure you don't overdo it. Some days run  quarter miles, others do slower long distance runs. Make sure you have a healthy, well balanced diet. You'll be in high schools soon, so be sure to join the track team if there is one. You'll be doing competitions through this as well as having a coach to act as your trainer.
