Im 14, 5'4 108, should i take creatine?

i've been lifting and working out for about 5months now. im playing waterpolo now, and then will be playn baseball. i've noticed my muscles gettin bigger and stronger, but i was wondering if creatine would be good just too boost me up more. just to get more arm strength.to be able to throw the ball harder and faster

  1. Creatine has its advantages also some disadvantages.

    If you really take then go ahead it is very useful for building up muscles and give lot of energy boost in quick time.

    Also you have take a complementary supplement along with creatine like whey protein,mass gainer ,etc.

    I had taken creatine along with wt. gainer it worked well for me in doing wt. lifting gained a lot of energy boost along with good muscles.

    ONLY CARE YOU HAVE TO TAKE IS TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER.

    Creatine needs a lot water to dissolve in your body else it shows bad effect.

    MY SUGGESTION IS GO AHEAD TAKE CREATINE ALONG WITH SOME SUPPLEMENT and DRINK A LOT OF WATER 5-7 ltrs a DAY.

  2. U shouldnt, there are no studies about the long term effects of creatine on people. U should think about it again when u get older and is better able to analyse the pros and cons of taking creatine for now i'd sugeste u dont
