  1. eat a small healthy meal every 3 1/2 hours, which is about 5 small healthy meals distributed through out the day...it tricks your body not to store fat since your muscles are getting fuel in the form of medication...can be a very fun energy boosting lifestyle especially if exercise is also given priority

  2. go to mypyramid.gov and find out how many calories you should have in a day. it will also tell you what to eat. hope this helps!!

  3. Well I dont weigh as much as you but I'm probably shorter... I'm 5"1 and 120-odd lbs. I want to be about 100-110lbs so I'm trying to lose weight.

Can I just offer some tips? At our age it's better not to work out calories andstuff. Just try to stop snacking and eat healthy meals, and exercise daily (I've started on 15minute runs or 30 minute walks, depending on the day and how much energy I have). Don't weigh yourself for 2weeks, and eat healthily, and exercise a lot, and then at the end of the 2 weeks see if you've lost weight. You should have!

    Good luck! :)

  4. I can't answer that question, but I just wanted to say I'm proud of you for being concerned, and "counting calories" and not starving yourself or popping diet pills to lose weight. Congrats & good luck!

  5. Eat well balanced from all food groups a day.  Eat more good foods. Fruit Vegs, and chicken. or turkey!!! Also exercise atleast 45 mins 5 days a week.  You will loose weight.. Calorie shifting is just noticing what you are eating....DRINK half a gallon of water a day!

  6. tell me if you figure it out plz.. im trying to do this too

from what i hear you start out with 2000 calories then decrease by 300 for a couple days then increase by 400 for a couple days then decrease by 500 for a couple days then increase by 600 for a couple days then decrease by 700 for a couple days and so on so the more your body adapts to the calorie changing the more you change the calories

  7. how tall are you?

If your and average height or above average, you probably don't need to lose that much weight.  Just exorcise and you should be fine.
