Why do your parents wake you up for? You are 14 years old... youre not a baby anymore. Buy and alarm clock and tell them that you dont need them to do it anymore. ALso tell them to knock before going into your room at all times because you want privacy.

if you're old enough to sleep naked you're old enough to get yourself out of bed...get an alarm clock.
