Im 14,is T-Mobile a good provider for me?

I don't want metro pcs becuase their phone sucks.Im thinkin of getting T-Mobile,especially for the Sidekick 08,but im wondering is it a good provider for my age type

all i need a phone for is

-texting[unlimited]

-emergency call

-picture

no, they suck. I have them now and i don't even get service in my house. They have service at about everywhere where you don't need it, and nowhere that you do. You may or may not have service when you need emergency calls.

any provider could work. you could even consider prepaid such as virigin mobile (www.virginmobileusa.com) I use AT&T and it works good no matter what age you are

Who cares how old you are?  What would be more helpful is knowing where you live so we can see if you'll actually get service there.

I got a Verizon phone when I was 10, and I loved it.  I text messaged a lot,  and Verizon has Unlimited everything for like $69.99 a month.  They have great coverage when you need it.  I know people who have had T-mobile and liked it fine, but then they switched to Verizon and got better coverage and better deals.  

P.S. Don't go with a pre-paid service.  It costs more a month if you like to text a lot than a regular plan would.
