Im 14 and I want to start a business...?

I am 14 years old and am interested in business. My goal in life is to be a sucessful CEO of a company. In the interest of "starting early," I want to know what is required for me to have a little business at a local airport, (1 Fixed Base Operator Initially, then maby other ones at the same airport) washing, waxing, and cleaning the small GA planes. I already have been flying at the school for 3 years, but I will work for the induvidual pilots. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PREPARE? WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I NEED? I would like to make $150 per cleaning.
