  1. yes

  2. Yes you can purchase money orders from your bank..its will come out of your account. In the states of Michigan my son is 14 and he can have a debit card..if I give permission.

  3. Anyone can buy a money order.  You just have to bring the cash with you.  You can get them at the post office cheaper than at a bank unless you get them free with your bank account.  Call your bank and ask about the fee.

  4. You don't write money orders, You buy them and yes you can buy money orders, you are 14. Maybe Mom or dad can open an account on the side of theirs for you to have a debit card so you can make purchases You will have to pay them before you use the card and don't blow this one (over draft), It's a long way to 18 with out a card(plastic)

  5. No you need to be 18 or older to do a money order.. As this falls under the minor contract rules and laws

  6. im not sure you can call your bank and see.

  7. You're old enough to BUY a moneyorder. They are checks that are for a spacific amount and you can put who u want to make the payment to yourself. They are usually for an amount under $1000. A Managers Check (or Bank Check) is for larger amounts and the Bank has to make the whole check out, even who you're paying it to. They will give u a copy of either check and u keep that as proof of payment.
