  1. LIFT WEIGHTS!!!!! GET SOME MUSCLE!!!!

  2. Look man, you're 14 so you still have quite some time to grow, on average people still gain height until the age of approximately 20 years of age (give or take a year).  That's a good 6 years of height to be gained, you may or may not hit growth spurts yet.  A lot of height is inherited from genetics, so you'll want to observe the general height of your mom & dad's sides of the family (for instance, a cow eats grass and hay, but is still gigantic, right?).  I wouldn't sweat it too much.  I DO NOT recommend weightlifting as the pressure on your joints can stress them to close off opportunity of growth (your bones and discs will harden quicker).  Although, very very moderate weight training can help you gain a little bit of weight and tone you out more without as much risk as stunted growth... which I would still recommend against as you don't want to risk your height.  You've more than likely hit puberty unless your physiological clock is a bit off sync, then there's nothing you can do but give it time.  Being short is a bit disheartening as a kid, but as you get older you accept it and are less self-conscience about these types of things.  I would drink plenty of milk and eat plenty of carbs + protein.

  3. If your goal is to gain muscle, try starting a work out schedule. Start small, and work your way up. Do maybe two sets of ten repetitions the first few days or weeks, depending on how confident you are. Then work your way to 15 reps, then 20, etc.

If there's a work out room at your school, use it. If it's "invitation only" (i.e, you have to be part of a team) try asking the wrestling coach or ROTC teacher if you can work out with their teams (most ROTC programs have physical training teams)

  4. well, yes, if you have pubes, you've hit puberty.  unlike some guys who seem to grow (everywhere) and mature right away, you seem to be taking your own time.

don't worry about it.  pretty soon your body will start growing, and you'll put on weight and muscle.  just gotta be patient
