  1. I used to be pretty big when I was 12-13. I'm 16 now and I'm "skin and bones" according to my dad. Most of it was just growing up and my metabolism increasing as I wasn't very active. The best thing I can recommend for you if you are still worried is to try and be active, try to get/stay fit, and watch what you eat.

When I say watch what you eat you don't have to be anorexic or go on a hardcore diet. Just stay away from getting too much of bad things. I used to drink atleast a soda everyday but for the past 2 years I haven't touched one and I really think that that has help me lose some of my weight. You don't have to cut it out completely but don't overdue it.

  2. No they probably won't. The only way to get rid of them is have lipo suction done.  Talk to your parents about how you feel and quite possibly insurance will pay for it.  Also, there are some doctors out there that donate their services for young men who have this problem.

  3. maybe you should try weight traing to turn the fat into muscle.

  4. that depends if you decide to exercise and take care of your self

  5. This is true, for you gain some fatty tissue during puberty, but if you exercise a good amount each day, you can tone your body up and turn those "man b***s" into pecs. Don't worry, as your body grows, you'll be fine. Don't listen to the first answer, for you should alter your body naturally and make lifestyle changes to enhance good body features, not have body work done by doctors. Hope this helps.

  6. You are still young, and early on in the process.  If you are overweight at the moment, that might make them look a bit large.  You don't need to diet, you just need to grow into what you have.  I know if feels awkward, and you'd rather not have them- but honestly it does work out in the end.  You are a work in progress, inside and out.  It takes a bit to get all the hormones right and all the stuff in the right spots.  Most building sites are rather disorganized and disordered looking, and it's normal to have materials on site before they are actually needed.  That's sort of what goes on in your body at the moment.  If you like, you can work out with weights to develop the muscles of your chest a bit more, and that will help some.  Mostly you just need to hang in there, because it will most likely all work out in a little while,  You have to grow that man's body build, and it's just not an overnight process.  I assure you, the building site may not look like much now, but by opening day- it will all work out just fine in time for the ribbon cutting ceremony.  Just hang in there, and grow into it all.

  7. Talk to a doctor. The advice here is misguided. You can't simply exercise away everything that you aren't happy with on your body. Exercise advice puts the failure on you, so if you don't see the results, you are to blame. This is nonsense. Talk to your doctor. There can be other medical reasons for this condition and only your doctor can perform routine tests to know.

Once again, this is not your fault, you didn't do anything to cause it.
