  1. You have a good chance of turning pro as long as you use all your spare time to work on your game. Buy tickets to golfing events, were going to the British open and there's a Junior coaching tent, I'm going to go into the tent and ask for a few tips on how i could improve my game, I'll ask them if you have a chance and get back to you. i am 13 and have handicap of 9 (par 70) course. did you hear about tigers leg so unfortunate.

  2. You are in the top 25% of golfers in America, but you are a long way from turning pro.  Make your high school's team, get a scholarship to play division 1 golf in college, and look for a college that has a PGA training program (a program that trains guys to run pro shops and facilitate giving lessons)  If you are successful in amateur tourneys and are winning your state amateur and the national amateur, you've then got a CHANCE of being successful on tour.

  3. Yes! Anything is possible if you practice honing in on your swing.  A swing that's repeatable and you are confident with.  If you're shooting 83 then I think all you need is more practice.  Especially chiping and putting!  Go for it and make some money!  Remember DRIVE FOR SHOW PUTT FOR DOUGH!

  4. Hey!

Im 14 too, you can look at my questions their really similar!

But all i can say is to really crunch down on your short game!

And to keep the ball in the fairway!

But the golfdigest says that if your 14 then you should be able to break 85 everytime you play to have a shot at the show!

    :)

    Hit em' long n' straight!

  5. i don't understand golf but.. i watch it, and i say if you put your heart to it then you can accomplish your goal!

  6. change your name to something original like Tiger, nobody has that one, then put on a Nike hat develop a limp. Your chances are then good.

  7. you have a pretty good shot at being pro.  Good luck

  8. Nope. Wait till you turn 18, win some varsity tournaments in high school, make a college team, become the #1, and then learn to teach the game too. Then after all this, consider trying to turn pro. otherwise, you are looking too far ahead.
