When i started my diet ( 1 month ago) i lost 3Ilbs in the first week and the second week about two.But for the past two weeks , i have been eating the same but i keep putting on one pound every two days but loosing it the next two days.No matter how hard i try with exercise and healthy eating ive stopped loosing weight.I have lost 6Ilbs which im proud of but i want to loose another stone at least.Has anyone got a reason for this or any help?Thankyou for any answers x
