  1. Keep trying put your full involvement you will surprise the new teacher. Every one has different style of teaching and learning, don't get up set keep trying you will score well if not from internal teacher from external if your work is good.*

  2. yeah i think u should definately talk 2 some experianced art major people...ask ur parents 2...anyone in an art school or with an art major could probably help you get some names for information on art

  3. Never loose your true influences, those influences are the influences that made you want to become an artist in the first place. don't forget where you come from.

if you want to continue in the art industry you have to broaden your scope, i.e. start researching other artists, search your interests but attach the word artist to the search you'll be surprised what you will come across ;)

you must also look into the depths of the old masters i know at first when i was told this i thoughht "ug oh no" but then i came across some really good works that in the end really inspired me. i know i sound like an old foggy but when i was 14 i had the very same things told to me and the very same thing happening to me.

keep your chin up and just carry on practicing cause in the end if it's what you really want to do you'll achieve it no matter what "they" say.

    good luck
