yea i live in michigan and i guese the law is u have to be 15 but i dont want to wait 4 months to get one should i get one and drive it and try not to get caught?

No, because trying to avoid the cops is going to make you that much more obvious, and if you get a ticket it is probably going to be a lot longer before you ride again.
