Im 14 i need weight lifting tips to bulk up?

i would like to get alot stronger i try lift weights after school monay wednesday and friday but i cant always go so i do some work at home but only have a 10 pound dumb bell and idk what its called like a kettle bell thing.

i need excersizes for baseball(i play catcher). i would also like to shed about 10 to 20 pounds

any tips would be great thanx

  1. Eat lots of red meat eggs, and cheese. Drink a protein shake between meals. Find someone that knows what they're doing to work out with you. If you don't have proper form, you might as well not go to the gym.


  2. dont lift weights!you r 2 young 4 tat!just do calisthenics and pilates...always eat lean proteins with veggies...just stay active in dance and martial arts..you`ll grow out of your excess 20 lbs as long as you avoid fastfoods,junkfoods and sugary drinks.

  3. if you are just looking to build muscle mass, just do alot of reps with light weight, and do alot of cardio to lose the weight

  4. Try jerking the weights harder and using more weight.  Twist your lower back a lot and don't use your legs.
