Im 14 & i weigh 90 pounds?

well im 14/f and i weigh 98 oz ...im trying to gain bcuz ppl at skool call me anerexic & im tired of it ...& i eat alot of junk food & i never get fat i dont want 2 b fat i wana be think so i can have a better shape .(bigger breast & butt )..what should i do ?

  1. i would advise u 2 talk 2 a dietitian because some bodies have a high metabolism and burn much more calories than the usual ones, so only a specialist knows what would make u gain weight, and try eating lots of food containing oil and butter, because this food is full of fat, and don't feel sad about what they say, i would like 2 have a body that burns more than usual, because i'm a bit chubby, but even though sometimes people try 2 make me feel uncomfortable about my weight, i don't care unless it was about my health, do the same and only mind ur health.

  3. I weighed 74 lbs when I was your age. Do what you feel you need to do but everyone is different. You might want those larger assets but genetics may be against you and that's okay - who you are is not in the way you look. If you're a healthy eater and happy - you go.

  4. ew dont do anything. I'm 22 and when i was 18 I weighed 98 lbs. I ate junk food all the time because it taste good not to gain weight. I was naturally skinny. I've had 2 kids and now weigh 109 and am trying to get back to 98 lbs. I hate being more than a size 0. I'm not annorexic nor am I becoming annorexic but wouldn't mind if people thought I was so skinny I looked it. Who cares what people think? if you are not annorexic then don't worry about it. P.S. since I weigh 109 no fat is in my *** or b***s... its all in my thighs and that is SICK LOOKING. so be careful. I know this won't be best answer but whatever.

    Junk food is a noo  noo when your skinny and trying to gain weight.

    Try eating big, full meals, and lots of meat.

    You'll soon gain some weight.

  7. You want to be "think."?  What is that?

    Your weight is meaningless unless we know your height.  It also depends on whether you've entered puberty yet or not.  You body will go through a lot of changes.  

    You don't want to add fat with junk food, you want to add lean muscle and healthy weight.  Since you posted this in the hockey section, I assume you play hockey?  That should help you to develop a lean, healthy body, as long as you eat properly.  

    And, honey, please pay more attention in school. You can barely write.  


  8. Don't try and eat junk to put on weight, you will make yourself unhealthy, avocado, nuts and seeds have just as much fat only it's better type of fat, peanut butter too. Eggs for protein and fat is good too. It sounds as though you haven't fully developed yet, which is fine at 14! You will fill out more in the breast and butt, proportionately to your body shape. If you are small busted putting on fat won't add to your b*****s significantly unless you become obese. You can't do much except be grateful that your body burns food well. If you substantially increase a balanced diet, exercise will make you more shapely sometimes

  9. lift some weights.  eat more.  eat like michael phelps.  i was 85 lbs when i was 14, and i was a guy! in two years i gained 45 pounds.  it'll come, just help it by eating a lot and excersizing.

    do not eat a lot of junk food.

    that does not solve anything.

    it just makes you unhealthy.

    all you have to do is eat bigger portion of meals!

    Don't overdo it though.

    Some meat might help you as well.

  13. Honestly, it sounds to me that there's nothing wrong.  If I were you, I'd stop purposely trying to put on weight.  That can have serious effects down the road.  

    Most importantly...DON'T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE! You're awesome how you are - there's no reason to change.

    Some people are just meant to be lean.  As you mature, your body will change.  Don't rush nature, you could damage your body.  

  14. well im 100 pounds, im 15 and sinny. my b***s are big and ppl used to think i stuffed my bra (some still do) lol. dont worry about getting made fun of, there just jellous because they are fat! i eat junkfood and candy but i never gain a pound. Why? because be have a fast matabilism(not sure how its spelled) the food goes down the digestive track and the majority of it dosent turn into fat.   itsa good thing

When I was 14 I weighted around 80 pounds.  Then when I was 15, I went from no knockers to like a B cup overnight.  Just ignore what people say.  They are just jealous.  Going through those phases in life, I just wore baggy clothes.  Soon your body will change, and so will theirs......then you will be prefect and they will be fat.  Eventually, you will be the one laughing at them.  Hang in there, kid-o.


  16. I'm 13, 5'6", and weigh 120 pounds. I eat at Mcdonalds over 3 times a week and eat tons of junk food and I never get fat. I'm really skinny but not anerexic. Get less excersise then you will be more fat.

    -More protein

    -Build muscle (start off with abs and arms)

    -Less junk food (or none at all)

    -Vitamins

    Whatever else you need to do.

    You just have a fast metabolism. We are lucky haha.

    Just start working out to build muscle and define your shape. you cant make anything bigger; it is the way it is. (unless you want surgery but im assuming not)

    You are not anorexic, you are just skinny. Work out to build muscle and you will be good to go. Oh and try to cut down on the junk food. ( i had the same problem) Eat fruits.

  20. Eat chicken, tuna, steak and REAL food, 3 full meals a day lots of water and for turds sake, get outa the hockey section.
