  1. You could do some weights to gain muscle mass. Eat plenty of protein as well to provide the building blocks for muscle.

I wouldn't worry about it too much though. When I was your age, I was about the same height and not much heavier but I bulked out over the next few years and I'm now 5'9/5'10 but weigh around 140 pounds. I did a lot of sport in that time but no weight lifting or anything.

  2. No its not normal. Make sure to eat more just dont eat while your full otherwise youll get fat. Thats about it Mr. skin and bones.

  3. My son is 12 and is 5'9" and weighs about 135lbs.  He plays a lot of basketball, and lifts weights at least three times a week. He eats a lot of whole grains. Oatmeal for breakfast and for snacks he eats granola bars. Find a sport you like and stick with it.  I hope this helps.

  4. You are rather light for your height/age, and I can see why you would want to gain weight.  But is there really a necessity to gain weight?  Chances are, through regular growth you still should gain quite a bit of weight.

  5. yeah you sound supper skinny, eat alot of carb, protein, lift weights, dont worry, one day youll bulk up

  6. you have to force yourself to eat

  7. Yea, I'm 13, 5'6 - 130 lbs. So just do some regular workouts and you'll gain weight.

  8. work out, that will give you muscle weight

  9. I'm sure you want to gain healthy weight.

Since you're tall, eating some sweets definitely won't affect you.

But eat alot of grilled chicken and other meet and don't do a lot of cardio, do more weight training about 4 times a week and you should see some results quickly.

  10. your bmi is 15.7. that is underweight. that is ridiculous. gain sum weight or you will die
