  1. It basically covers up your blotches and miss matches of skin...if you don't know what something is you can go to urban dictionary...it has everything trust me i found out what foundation was that way too :P

  2. Basically foundation is used to even your complexion. It helps to conceal acne, blackheads etc. You want to make sure to use only a little or it can get very cakey and not look so good. Concealer comes in both liquid and powder base form . I strongly recommend going to your local mall and allowing one of the the make-up artist @ a department store show you what color goes best with your skin and how to properly apply it , They usually won't even charge you . I hope this helps

  3. fiundation is a base coat .it smooths your skin and matches your skin tone while hiding spots

  4. Foundation is basically a skin cover up that is meant to use in larger areas over the face, compared to a concealer that usually spot treats certain blemishes and undereye circles.

At your age however, I wouldn't recommend you wearing foundation. It can be too heavy and with young fresh skin, you wouldn't want to spend time covering it up.

Foundation can come as a liquid, powder or stick (the stick is usually creamy and heavy). It is meant to get rid of uneven skin tone and slight redness, but not necessarily cover up every single blemish. Covering the blemishes is what a concealer is for, as I mentioned before.

    Hope I helped!

  5. Here's a good site that covers your foundation questions: http://beauty.about.com/cs/foundationhel...

Foundation is covers your whole face, it helps even out skin tones - ex: if you have acne scars or blotchyness then you can use foundation.  You want your foundation to match perfectly - you've probably seen many girls walking around with orange "masks" of foundation...avoid that, it's from choosing a foundation that doesn't match your skin.  Essentially, you shouldn't see your foundation.  If you want to buy a foundation, go to a drug store and talk to the cosmetician and have her help you pick a shade.  I'm 24, and I still talk to the cosmetician to test foundations before I purchase them.  My skin tone changes so often, so it's good to test your foundation before buying it.

A foundation can  also help your blush and concealer stay put.

If you don't have a lot of acne, then you may want to just use your concealer.  You can use your concealer under your eyes and for covering acne.  I have a rosey nose, so I could just use concealer and blend it to help conceal my nose.

Concealer is generally thicker than foundation.  You wouldn't want something super thick all over your face, so you would use a lighter foundation.

TIP:  If you apply concealer to your eyelids, your eyeshadow has more to grip onto and it will look more vibrant and not crease as easy.

  6. dont wear makeup its g*y

  7. your too young to be putting on foundation

just do a cover up powder and gently take your blush brush and apply it on your face in shape of a 3

  8. foundation!!!!! do not worry darling u do not need that !!! ur only 14!!!! with my experience at macy's all they told me that i really needed was a bronzer and lip gloss. lemme tell u, elizabeth arden bronzer is so awesome for girls our age. yeah that's righ i'm 14 myself. 9. foundation is like concealer. you put it on your face to make you look flawless and to cover up imperfections. find the color that matches your skin tone and you're set!
