Ok so im 15, 5'6 and about 150 pounds
im pretty chubby and am not pleased with my body at all
i dont fit into some of the clothes i like the way i want to fit in them and can never wear bikini's because im ashamed of my stomach... i know im probably sounding like any other girl my age, but i seriosly need to get into shape.
this past summer i gave up a lot of foods and have been eating mainly veggies and fruits and chicken once in a while and i began working out a bit more... i only lost 10 pounds in 2 months, is there any way i can lose weight faster? am i doing something wrong?
