...and how can i even prove or how can they disprove that the person in front of me isnt my guardian?

Basically, will i just be able to get in with my sunday day ticket or not?

According to this the website, no.  Under 16s must be accompanied by someone who is over the age of 18, no unaccompanied 16 year olds should be allowed in.  

If you look young, they will probably ask you for ID - as someone who has survived Reading, you need to have someone with you, no matter how old you are.
