Im 15 5-8 145 lbs, and how do i build my arm muscles in a couple months?

i already work out, but i've been curling 20 lbs for a long time now, and what will really work effectivley very fast

  1. I use a 10-lb dumbbell and have been using it for a few weeks, or even a month. I do about 25 pulls for each arm everyday, and my arm muscle is showing very well now. According to your height and weight, I would suggest a dumbbell that weights at least 20-25 lbs. The heavier the dumbbell, the more expensive it is. I would only buy one and alternate between my left and right arms. If I were you, I would do about 50-100 pulls total each day. Don't do a hundred today and skip the exercise for the next two days. Keep it consistent and try to do a little more each day. If you are interested in further information, you may e-mail me.
