Im 15 6'3 270lbs how big will i be when i grow up fully

my dad grew 4 inches when he was 20, i like being tall but i dont wanna be like7 feet or anything, so how tall will i most likely be

It's anyones guess, you have about 6 more years before you stop growing.  But you may and hopefully stop at 6'5 or 6'6. Kids of your generation are reaching puberty much earlier and growing taller. I beleive the hormones in the foods you eat (found in chicken, & dairy products) may play a role in this.

Considering how heavy you are, at least some of that has to be muscle, so not much taller.

EDIT: You only put on muscle when your growth is going to slow down.
