  1. 15 is quite young, but I suppose you've gotta start sometime. You may change your mind. (tbh, I don't know your situation entirely) Neuroscience is an interesting field and Medicine even more so. Obviously that's a personal opinion. But the field is realtively new and the landscape of research is ever-changing and it is recognised by most as a Mecca in terms of linking Mental with Physical.

First, you need to make sure you are interested enough. You can discover that you like it then lose that interest. So start by delving to some popular science books. Titles that come into mind are How The Mind Works by Steven Pinker. It is quite a heavy read, but it'll get you relatively up-to-date even though it got published in 1997/98. Then get yourself into some philosophy of Mind: it'll get you thinking. J.R. Searle wrote a good introduction to it.

As for medical school, you need to be dead sure that medicine is for you. So I suggest you get work experience, perhaps through school. And if you have the desire to go into medicine, then it is probably better for you to get into Med school then intercalate in your third year doing Neuroscience. The intercalation allows you to take the first two years from Medicine and take a year out and complete your third year as a final year Neuroscientist. After completing your degree, you return back to Medical School Year Three (which is Clinical Medicine).

    Hope this helps.
