Im 15 and i need a card where i can ......?

Hi all im 15 and living in the uk i need some sort of card that i can use for ebay and paypal. Where do i get this card and remeber im only 15.Thanks !

they just recently started this thing in the US called Green Dot where you can buy a Visa or Mastercard at the grocery store for however much cash you want to put on it. it works like a giftcard, but it's Visa or Mastercard so it can be used online, in stores, ect

Also, in the US you can now buy actual Visa giftcards that work much the same way as Green Dot cards. they just say "giftcard" on them

most banks have a account for young people where you get a cash card. i know i used lloyds and they gave me a visa electron card which is accepted by pay pal. give them a go.

get your parents to open a savings account for you. Then you can link that to a Paypal account and use the funds in the savings account to pay for items on ebay. =)

I believe ebay is for over 18s only, so not matter what card you have it wont be accepted in your name. Ebay/paypal -owned by the same people check your identity agaisnt any cards you use on paypal. So even if you got an under 18s card you wouldnt be able to use it because as soon as paypal checked the card against the details you gave at signup they notice your under age. Sorry but its 18 for a reason, so you dont spend what you dont have! Get a parent to buy and pay for items and you pay them back!
