Im 15 and i need to...?

i need to get into shape bcuz of my health..

not because i think i dont look nice or anything!

right now i have a normal sized waist and a normal butt and legs .

my body shape is usually the curvy type

but right now my legs are

made of fat and so are my waist n abs bcuz ive been a couch potatoe

for a year straight..

so what are some great exercises to help get tight abbs an big muscular thighs and butt?/

  1. Crunches! those help you abs look like a mans! lol!!!!

    and maybe try entering in a sports team or something, i do horseback riding, and that will help your thigh muscles.

    maybe jogging around your neighborhood a time or two, and if you have dogs, take them too : )

    and last go outside! instead of sitting on your couch just go outside and read or something healty!!!!!!

  3. RUNNING....helps the butt, and good cardio

    STANDING SQUATS...helps lift butt and build thigh muscles and ab muscle

    PUSH-UPS(standing against a poll with feetshoulder length apart)...good for the entire body

    CRUNCHES.....buy the bender ball...9.99

    ***you wont lose your butt by running and doing they squats, it will lift it, i hade the same problem, i  didnt wanna lose weight, just gain muscle and tone, and to have a bigger butt, and alll this worked for me....so u shud try it. My trainer taught me thses, at bare fitness for woman....
