i need to get into shape bcuz of my health..not because i think i dont look nice or anything!right now i have a normal sized waist and a normal butt and legs . my body shape is usually the curvy typebut right now my legs aremade of fat and so are my waist n abs bcuz ive been a couch potatoe for a year straight..so what are some great exercises to help get tight abbs an big muscular thighs and butt?/thanks! :)10 points! thanks again
