Put them up for adoption. I'm not sure if you are really serious, but I know how hard it is to want a baby, be stable financially stable and cant have a baby. We're foster parents trying to adopt but no children has seemed to come through. Anyway. You have for children to take care of, put these up for adoption and concentrate on raising the ones you have.
