Im 15 and possibly pregnant.help?

when pregnant they say you spot 6-12 days after conception.Its not time for my period yet but i have noticed light pinkish blood when i wipe since yesterday,but its not all that noticeable,me and my bf do it all the time without protection and i have other signs. but is that considered spotting?
