Sorry but I've got no website links to point you towards, but you should be fine.

If you're sensible and have half an idea where you're going and how you're going to get there (and believe me, half the adults you see on trains can't even manage that) you should be fine. There is certainly no policy that I'm aware of that would prevent you from travelling alone on any of the UK train operators services. I certainly had no trouble doing this at your age, although that was under BR.

One thing I would recommend is to carry some proof of age just in case you get challenged about travelling on a Child ticket. You might not need to produce it, but it will stop any arguments.
