  1. depends on your position

  2. depends what you're goin for

    i'm guessin you're a RB or DB

  3. It's always good at your age to continue to eat healthy and gain 'good' weight. You are not done growing and if you intend on playing the extra muscle mass will help in all areas. Make sure you aren't eating too much fat; but carbs and working out should help you gain mass and strength, without sacrificing speed. Depending on what position you play, look up a roster for any top level college team and see where you are with height and weight. Good luck and crack some heads!!!

  4. Like others have said, it depends on your position.

Also, it depends on the competition.  In otherwords...how big is your school?  How good is your team?

Also, while weight will help you in football, you need "good weight."  Going to McDonalds 5 times a day won't help you.  But weight gained while eating right and undergoing sufficient workouts will most certainly help you.

The final thing I'll say is that weight isn't everything.  I've known some really lightweights to be very good players.  But add some more info and we might be able to help you more.
