Im 15

5 foot 2

105 pounds - 7 stone 8 pounds

and plan to lose 22 pounds in the next month

  1. Are you joking?  You are slim verging on skinny at your height & weight.  If you are serious about losing 22 pounds you need professional help regarding eating disorders.

  3. At 5' 2" and 105 pounds, your BMI is 19.2, which is close to being underweight. Do NOT lose 22 pounds. If you even lose 5 pounds (a BMI of 18.3) you will be underweight. Also, losing 22 pounds in one month is almost impossible and extremely unhealthy. If you lose weight that fast, I guarantee you will gain it back. Also, you know you aren't fat.. stop trying to kill yourself by losing 22 pounds! If you lose 22 pounds, your BMi will be at 15.2, which is extremely dangerous and you will be weak and death isn't that far from the picture at that BMI. Please don't lose any weight, you are absolutely fine! Trust me.

  4. i really think losing 22 pounds is too drastic for your age, if you wanna lose a few punds just eat healthy and exercise reghulary....u could be doing some dangerous things to your body...if you end up losing that much weight

  5. Your bmi is currently 19.5 which is almost under weight so I really don't think you need to lose weight! You couldn't loose 22 pounds in a month either thats a lot. Around 8 pound a month is healthy, not that you need to lose weight anyway!

  19. You are not fat.  Most likely toning up the muscles will make you feel better.  Looking toned is better than looking stick thin.  You can get this through Yoga or exercises at home but you are not fat.

Listen up young lady, you are at a perfect weight, doctors will tell you at 5 foot tall you should weigh 100 lbs and you add a five pounds for each inch after that. so if you do the math you will see that you are actually 5 pounds UNDER WEIGHT! so, be proud and stay healthy. don't lose weight. your perfect. things like this lead to eating disorders that can kill you. take this seriously.

  26. you do not need to lose weight! you are at a normal weight right now, if not underweight. if you lost 22 lbs (in one month? sooo unhealthy, if even possible!) you'd be way underweight and unhealthy.

    If you're 105 at 5'2", you're not overweight.


  30. You are not overweight.  For your age and height, you are on the low end of normal weight.  If you were to lose 22 pounds, you would be underweight.  Here is a great website for you to see how much you should weigh and figure out your BMI.  Your BMI is 19.2 which is perfectly normal.

  31. actually i just checked ur height and weight on a BMI calculator and its a very healthy weight. Ur BMI is 19.2, if you go under 18.5 you would be underweight which is unhealthy. So it sounds like your in good shape i dont know why you want to lose weight.
