Im 15 and i am 6 ft 1 i am quite skinny but sortov strong when shud i start lifting weights

  1. around 15/16 is a good time, and you seem pretty tall so unless you have more to grow then it's not a bad time, don't hurt yourself though :)


  2. excellent age to begin lifting. But what is your goal? If you plan on body building, then remember you need to increase your calories that you eat.  

  3. Sure... but remember that lifting too heavy with bad form causes injury and that slows your progress... just keep it so you can lift and perform the exercise and put the weight down safely.
