  1. Your 110m looks like your best event of the 2, so if your 400m is before the 100 then perhaps not give it quite 100%. Tomorrow is your last day to train and probably a couple of 100m sprints, some starts over 30m. Probably do some starts 2 days before.

You want really improve in the time you have but you can get slower if you do to much.

For the future get a program from a coach. Do not worry about weights just yet.

  2. with only four days before your race I'm sorry to say there isn't too much you can do to get those times down. All I can say is that on race day you eat a healthy breakfast and drink PLENTY of water. Also night before I recommend a pasta dinner the carbohydrates are perfect before a big race. Oh and one more thing be sure to wear the right shoes, nothing heavy track spikes are highly recommended for short distances, they keep you on your toes which eliminates the delay of heel to toe rolling in normal distance running.

  3. Well obviously you aren't going to be able to improve any before your meet, but all there is really left for you to do at this point it sounds like is just to keep at it. Try to workout every day, and have a healthy diet. Also if you are not already, try to incorporate weight training/ lifting into your workouts also because this will help you get more endurance.
