There is a new JC penny goin up up the street i was wonderin if it is possible to get a job there. im 15 years old

No you have to be 16 to work at Jcpenny

no it is not possible but try to see if they accept summer jobs good luck. if not try working for a smaller company

Most, if not all retailers, require you to be at least 16 years old to work there. Try restaurants or food stands, they will usually hire at 14 or 15.
