  1. Yeah, everyone should line up and slap your parents, for real.

  2. It's your parents fault for spoiling you...

  3. Well, they probably didn't get insurance to cover you, because it would cost maybe five figures, yep, could be over $10,000 to insure you on that car.

No, if you're not insured, you're not insured.   Dummy them, for letting you drive the car.  They thought they were outsmarting the insurance company.    They got what they paid for - no coverage if you drove the car.

Sorry, no sympathy from me.  And if they don't list you AGAIN, and you total another car, well, that's just plain stupid.

  4. Great design, resourceful information,user-friendly layout should be a good place to answer your questions.http://car-insurance.easyideas4u.info/ca...

  5. They should have added you when they added the car.  Your company has a couple of options (based on your state laws which they can use).  They can:

    1 Deny the claim

2 Pay the claim & add you back to the day you got your license & get all that money in premiums from your parents up front, then send the claim check.

In both cases I am sure the company will nonrenew the policy for undisclosed operator.  This will follow your parents to all insurance companies they get in the future.

They should have thought twice before they rate cheated, now they have themselves in a pickle.

Hopefully you only had a one car accident so they are only out the cost of the car.  If someone else was involved, they could owe for the other car, medical bills & any bodily injury awards they receive.
