  2. GET A JOB - DON'T BECOME A DOLE DOSSER.

  3. You are legally too young to go into any tenancy agreement or any other legally binding contracts (you have to be 18). Your parents would have to either get it for you or be a guarantor.

Have you though about house sharing - it cuts all the bills/rent down?

I would suggest staying at home (less expensive), put your head down and work really hard and SAVE like there is no tomorrow!!

Edit: Dont get conned into any of the websites that will grantee loads of ££££ for very little work - nothing in this life is that easy - if it were, we would all be rich!

  4. Get a better job, I want a ferrari how do i go about that.

  5. get an education that will lead to a good job and with time you will get a flat

  6. do what i did, im 14 and craving for a new laptop, so i just kept looking for jobs

  7. find a job that can pay for it, go in with a mate so all bills ect can be shared. http://rightmove.co.uk http://jobseekers.direct.gov.uk/homepage...

moving out is very exspensive and at your age you have to get parental permission i think.

no landlord willl except you under 18, why dont you stay at home for now, then you can save money and spend it on fun things rather than adult responsibilities.

    all things included are

    rent

    gas

    electric

    tv licence

    council tax

    phone

    food shopping

    ect ect

i know that you want freedom and you think it would be fun to move out, but your idea is misguided.

ask anyone who moved out when they were a teen and they will tell you how hard it is

  8. You're probably gonna get the same answers here that your parents gave you. Work and start saving.
