  1. im 5'8 160lbs and i ride my friends rm 250, that has weisco piston, sst pipe, and shorty silencer and its fast as h**l!!! umh yes you proly could handle it, its just alot of balls under neith... personaly at that height and weight look at a rmz 250 which is a four stroke, youll be happier i think. but if you get the rm 250 youll be fine

  2. id go with the rm 125 its very fast but a little easier to handle if you are looking for a big bike

  3. id go with the rm 125 also. its still a big bike with a good kick. two wheels is so different from riding on two especially in the sand.

  4. I would say, that IF this is your FIRST bike, go with the RM125. Samller, lighter and hurts LESS when it LANDS upon you. It has PLENTY of power/ weight ratio. 4 wheels are ALOT different than Two. Remember, a 125cc ATV has ALOT more weight compared to the RM125 (If you had the same displacement) Hate to say it, but with 30-odd years of riding experience, this is the route I'd go.Everything takes experience to learn how to do something. One of those Experiences SHOULD'NT BE a burning muffler searing your skin from an overweight bike.

(although, the scars that it leaves, DOES give Ya' some bragging rights!!!)

  5. Im 13, 5'2, 105lbs and I ride a KTM 250SX (2 stroke) so you must be fine on a RM250, if I were you i'd get a 450, They 250 2T's are fast but not so fast that it scares you, good fun though.
