  1. Woody said it right. Stay at the weight you feel comfortable in. Don't lift weights or anything. You are very young and will fill out. Tommy Hearns was fighting at 147 and was probably taller than the 6 1 he was listed at. As he got older, he filled out and eventually became IBF cruiserweight champ. Tall, thin, people always fill out nicely in their later years. Don't worry about people who say you are too skinny or you need to eat, some people are naturally thin and put themselves at risk when they try to bulk up in unhealthy ways. You will also be a better fighter if you stay at the weight your comfortable in.

  2. The answer depends on a lot of things, but you said "roughly", so I won't get into too much detail.

If you have a small frame, 162-176 pounds or 11.5714 st to 12.5714 st

If you have a medium frame, 171-187 pounds or 12.2142 st to 13.3571 st

If you have a large frame, 181-207 pounds or 12.9285 st to 14.7857 st

The charts I got those figures from are located here:

    http://www.healthchecksystems.com/height...

(scroll down to the chart for men)

You'll notice that the chart offers a link you can use to calculate what frame size you have.  It also states that the chart is meant to suggest weights for people between the ages of 25 and 59.  Since you're only 16, I hope you're not worrying about it yet.  Your body has a lot more maturing to do.

  3. Wow, 11 stones is a very thin frame for your height. Anyway, if you feel great at that weight, then stay there of course.

I just speaking for myself, personally, but at that height I think I would want to add another two stones at least. Once again, that's if I had your height. I will say that you probably won't find too many guys with that kind of height in your weight range. Remember in boxing, there is weight classes, not height classes, so it's all about your comfort at your weight.
