I forget my weight, i forget what to say, i Forget what was told to me 10 minutes ago, I need to think to remember, This for a while and Think hard to concentrate... why is this ? I am living a little depressing life where I'm sometimes tired of life and a lot of family issues.

  1. jst have confident in yourself. there is no prob with u.

AND 1 SUGGESTION   JST DONT DO DAY DREAMING

  2. Teens have a hard time focusing sometimes.

    It's actually kind of normal.

I'm a huge fan of counciling, it just takes a few tries to find a good one.  However talking to someone to help you sort all your (this is stereotypical sounding I know) feelings and stresses could very well help you clear your mind and focus better.

Also a bad diet and poor sleeping habits can hinder your focus so try improving those a bit too if you can.

Good luck!  (Hopefully you remember this! lol, jk)

  3. You're probably dissociating. Do you have a lot of "lost time?" It could be stress or boredom or any number of things. You actually answered the question yourself.. you have to think to remember.

  4. yeah your fine the same thing happens to me and i found out it is because i just dont really care lol

  5. It sounds like you could be a bit overwhelmed.  In that state, it's hard to remember anything.  If you're comfortable with it, perhaps go see your guidance counselor, or talk to your parents about how you're feeling, the pressures that are going on in your life, and the things that are making you unhappy.  You could possibly have a little help needed in order for you to clear your mind.

Sticky notes are also a very good way to keep on track.  Make sure you've got your priorities in order of important to least important and for the things that you know you should get done, write it on a sticky note and stick it where you are most often or on the thing that needs to get done.

  6. Man, I'm the same way. I don't think anything is abnormal. I know you can take vitamin E to help with your memory...I also heard that blueberries are really good with that. Idk maybe try one of those??

  7. You sound like someone who is really stressed out.  Your view of life is quite normal and I expect can be partly put down to the fact that you are growing quite fast and your body is full of raging hormones.  Hang on in there - at some point, round the corner, life will seem so much better.  I don't mean that problems will go away - but you will be able to cope with them in a more balanced way.

  8. i would c a doctor

  9. How's your diet?  Malnutrition can do bad things. If you have something wrong with your Thyroid, same thing.  It might be something simple but get checked to see.  Stress can also do bad things to you.
