  1. wtf???

  2. when I was about your age I was throwing about 82. I wasn't doing a weight lifting regiment at that time either. I started lifting about a year later and my mph climbed up to 86. So it would be safe to say that the same could happen to you if you work hard.

  3. prolly 90-93ish

  4. he saying that hes 16 and he can throw a ball w85 mph and if he lifted weights, how fast would he throw DUHH

im guessing you would throw around the 90's

because my friends twin is 14 and throws 97 mph

    wow.. i know

    but he benches

    SO YOU SHOULD TOO =)

  5. faster

  6. Can someone decipher this question for me? I don't speak idiot and I'd like to know what this person is actually asking.

  7. i can throw up at 95 mph

  8. If you did it incorrectly (lifting slow and heavy, poor technique, not enough rest, etc...) you could be looking to top out in the upper 70s, and possibly injured.

If you did it correctly, as I said in your last question, it will help you get to your absolute peak, but it's not the primary avenue for velocity gains.

  9. about 85

weightlifting doesnt make you throw harder necessarily

its not football where you can throw the ball farther if you have a bigger arm

baseball is about control, and bigger muscles take away from your body's natural motion..lifting weights would help if you lfited for consistency and not strength, because it would make your muscle endurance better and let you pitch longer

but lifting isnt going to make you throw 90 mph

  10. 93

  11. IDK...y don't you just try it!
