  1. It's not all that bad.  I received about 3 small shots that felt like a little mosquito sting.  Once they know that you are completely numb they will proceed.  I felt some sort of pressure but it wasn't unbearable.  It was mostly the pressure I felt.  Afterwards make sure that you keep the gauze in to keep the root from getting air into the socket.  If it does then that causes dry socket, not all the time though.  The braces part, my friend has them and she has been complaining with her wisdom teeth and wishes she would have gotten them out before.  Of course you will be able to play with the dog and jog, as long as you are not in any pain.  Just rest afterwards and make sure that you do exactly what the dentist says and you should be fine.  The pain meds do not hurt.  They are excellent in taking away some if not all of the pain.  The only way you would be asleep is if the wisdom teeth are fragile and already broken or if they have  grown into the jaw bone that require surgical extraction.  You are  young, so you should be just fine.  Good luck!!

  2. It isn't bad unless you get a dry socket. It doesn't matter if you have braces or not. You are not going to want to doing anything for a couple of days if you are not good with pain. No, it makes you sleep. All they did to me was stick an iv in and it made me fall asleep. Oh yeah, your face will be a lil swelled for a while after.

  3. Will there be anesthesia?

Make sure you buy NON-STICK gauze because they will give you regular gauze, and when you change out regular gauze, it pulls out your clot...And clotting after the procedure is what you want to happen.

  4. its not that bad you cant really feel it wen u get them pulled its mostly the shot but it only hurts while ur getting the shot for like a few seconds im sure u can take that little pain. the only worst part is afterwards your cheeks swell up a lot and you look like a chipmunk :) hehe. its not too bad its worth it cuz then u wont get cavities up there, those teeth are hard to manage.
