Im 16..and i still cant find a job! HELP!!??!

i've heard about those "online surveys" but do they actually work? every chance i get i go job hunting but i never get any phone calls back!! i rlly need money so if yu've got any websites that can help that wud be fantastic. i wud like to try those online survey thingy's. maybe i can get some money from those.. thanks in advance!
