Question:

Im 16. and i would just like to get a little thinner. nothing drastic.can anyone give me easy workout ideas?

hey, like i said i'm 16 and i would just like to lose a little weight, but since school is starting up, i won't have tons of time to devote to working out. but any tips would help very much! :]

  1. There is no such thing as an easy workout.  If it were easy, you wouldn't get any benefit from it.  I would suggest you try to go for a 20 minute run whenever you get a chance.  You can also look on fitnessmagazine.com.  They have so many 20 minute workouts, from weight training to cardio, you will never get bored!

  3. If your school has a swim team, you might consider joining. Swimming is one of the best exercises out there and you would be killing 2 birds with one stone: You would be with friends and participating in school events, making new one friends, and you would be toning your body (OK, make that 3 birds). If this is not an option, you can try walking, jogging (track team), or bike riding. Hope this helps.
