Im 16 and my iq is 151?

is this a good iq score?? apparently the average is 100...

The way you phrase your question, "Im 16 and my IQ is x*x..." leads me to believe that you are not reporting a valid IQ score on a test administered by a professional. Therefore, your score is neither good nor bad, just not a true indication of your ability.

When one is administered a valid test the end result is not, "Your IQ is x*x, thanks." The result is an evaluation of strengths and weaknesses and finally an obtained IQ score that is explained in detail and what it means.

Depends where you did the test, if you did it, free, online, for example, tickle.com or something then it's probably not a very good or accurate representation of your IQ.

If you've discovered that from a trusted source then it may be worth applying to Mensa. They accept people who are in the top 2% intelligence bracket. They'll give you two written tests which will last a total of two and a half hours. If you get in, you can become part of all sorts of special societies and meet people like you.

It's always good to remember that and IQ score is merely a measure of your intelligence potential. It does not show how clever you are unless you use your brain to it's full potential.

Well... one thing I learnt in year 11 psychology is IQ tests don't measure your intelligent. It only measures how good you are at doing IQ tests.

If you want an accurate test try mensa. If it is accurate then thats 6 points above genius.

I think if it was a bona fide test you'd know it was a good result.
