Legal age in order to be served alcoholic drinks in Italy is 16; there isn't an Italian law setting a legal age for drinking, though.

"clubbing" doesn't really apply to Italy, since "clubs" in Italy are much different from the US or the UK; and in Italy you can enter in a bar (pub) whatever your age is: if you're under 16 and the people in the bar follow the rules, you simply can't drink alcoholic, but you can drink something else.

So, you can. But I suggest to be careful; in Italy foreign people get drunk way easier than Italian because of lack of culture about drinking.
