  1. If you need to you can always put an ad in craiglist or something for a child or pet sitter in the evenings or weekends.  Also, I don't know if you tried fast food places, but they generally want to hire younger people because they have no problem making minimum wage and generally are avialable to work their busier hours...like evenings and weekends.

  2. try aplying at the mall, or as a host at a restruant. fast food joints, grocery stores... those are kid freindly jobs..

  3. try burger kind or mcdonalds their very easy to get a job in and keep looking for more jobs that will suit you

  4. Keep being persistant and you will find a job in the end

  5. try clothing stores.

go to a mall. or somewhere.

try licks. if your in canada.

  6. keep trying, 2 months to wait to get a job is nothing....

  7. Depends on what jobs your looking for. Most people your age ususally try like at Walmart or Grocery chains.

  8. No, I don't think it's your age, sweetheart. I can't believe you passed your English GCSE (or maybe you didn't). If you apply for jobs with letters written as appallingly as you've written that question - well I'm not bloody surprised you can't get one!

  9. if you live in the UK i can guarantee its down to immigration. they'll work for 50 p a week dirty basta**s.

  10. IT DEPENDS ON WERE YOU LIVE BUT JUST KEEP TRYING YOU WILL FIND ONE SONER OR LATER

  11. the mall is the best way to go and right now it is hard because more college students in town looking for jobs

  12. You're not trying the right places, I had a job at 14 working in the back of a sushi bar, got paid cash under the table and all the free food I could eat (though, sadly, no free sushi :< )

  13. Why don't you think of something that you really like doing and could earn you a bit of profit and work for yourself! It'd be great! Because you could fit it around...whatever.... and you'd be your own boss!

Okay, just read Sam's comment and I really have to say this in reply: "How ignorant are you?! People whinge and moan about not getting any jobs because of IMMIGRANTS but that's a load of nonsense. "Immigrants" are more likely to take the "simple" jobs from what I've heard. So I tell you what people need to do: GET QUALIFICATIONS TO GET BETTER JOBS!" I'm sorry to seem like I am yelling but when people come out with EXCUSES like that it drives me NUTS! And before anyone asks I am NOT an immigrant to this country.

  14. well, maybe try your parents. If your parnets are a manager of something, they can give you a job. maybe try harder.
