Im 16 will my boyfriend get in trouble for signing birth certificate??

im 16 and my boyfriend is 19. we are having a baby but will he be arrested if he signs the birth certificate?? (in AZ)

Only if your parents take action against him,if they haven't already,I doubt they will.

i do not think he can get into trouble. i had my first at 16 and at the time of birth he was 20. as long as your parents know his age and do not press any charges then i think it will be okay.

He does not sign the certificate, you list his name as father, and you want to do this so he is always accountable for support, but most of all so your child knows he has always had a father, that unknown father is c**p and only harms the child.
