  1. it depends on the area. if you are cited for it no license until 21

  2. The other reply was correct. Typically, Law Enforcement Personnel will  ask you where you are coming from.

I.E. work, school function that just ended (dance, football game, rehersal)

Do you still live at the current address on the paperwork and reiterate the question.

      Where are you coming from?

Just be sure to answer all questions truthfully to the law enf. personnel

  3. This happened to me because they passed this law when I first got my driver's license. It sucked!

I was pulled over on the way home from work. I waitressed and it was 11:30PM and I tried so hard to get home. I explained the situation. I was polite and calm and apologetic and he let me go, no trouble.

Most cops are pretty decent, just be honest and polite and most likely he will be sympathetic.

  4. Yes, they will let you go but with a warning. They will also ask you where you are coming from. If it is job related then you could be off the hook. Question is - why cant you be home before 11pm though?  It is kinda late to be out on your own. They will also ask where you live and see if you ARE actually going home.
