  1. go to a doctor.am serious.

people must understand that it is not possible to make a diagnosis with a vague symptom like " breathing problem"

all respiratory illnesses have some or other sort of breathing probs. and we have so many books on illnesses(respi).

tell me urself, do we pick one randomly?

little brother,YA is not reliable for diagnosing body pathology.in some cases, diagnosis is possible with little info, but in ur case its impossible with the symptom u have told us .

people have said - asthma (cuz thats the only thing they can think of as for now)..did you know heart probs ,anemia can also cause breathing difficulties?

so take my advice- go to a doc .and do tell us if everything is ok

AND DONT SMOKE (very high chances of chronic respiratory probs and cancer)

    take care.

  2. do u smoke?? that could be making it harder to breathe

or if u dont smoke u could have jsut developed asthma, i have it and its hard to breathe at times but i have an inhaler which makes it easy again

maybe you should go to the doctor and ask for an inhaler

  3. Try doing yoga and some breathing exercises.

  4. Visit your doctor asap. Are you asthmatic or have any allergies?

  5. You may be asthmatic. Yes, see a doctor.

Take a good look at your enviroment from now on because you may need to find out what you could be allergic to. It may be a time of the year when there is dust or other things in the air. Maybe you live in a polluted city.

Look at your diet also. There may be things in it which cause your problem.

The other cause for breathing problems can be anxiety.

So look at all these possibilities.

Then you may like to start to inform yourself via internet or library books about healthy alternatives.

About healthy diet and which foods and herbs are good for you and your lungs. And which foods to avoid. You can visit a naturopath also. Natural medicine may help you.

If pollution agravates and you can't move away then you can at least try spending more time in nature. Beach or mountains or forest.

Yoga and breathing exercises can strengthen your lungs even if the atmosphere is not fresh air.

You can find local classes of yoga most everywhere. It's fun and relaxing too.

    Take care
