  1. save it cuz right now is not a good time to be spending.  Watch the movie IOUSA when it comes out

  2. Find out if you can get your mother to help you out.

If your father refuses, he can take your money away without your permission.

  3. If he's your leagal gardian, there isn't much you can do until you're eighteen.

  4. Your father has every right to hold the bonds for safe keeping until you turn 18 and then he would have to give them to you.

If the face value of the bonds is 1000 dollars then it maybe many years before they are actually worth that much.  It would depend on when they were puchased as to how much they are actually worth.

  5. babe **** him up =] lol i love u

  6. give em to me, i'll bring all the gold to my personal bank..

  7. I would honestly just trust my father.  He has your best interest at heart.  I have told my children from the beginning that their savings bonds are for college and their first car.  My parents made the mistake of giving me my savings bonds when I was young and I blew the money.  I wish now that I had saved it.

  8. Seriously, save the money you are going to need it when you move out one day.  Besides what can you really get for 1000 these days that can't wait.  Save your own money for now.
