Im 17 and got an underage drinking citatation in the state of PA.......?

i llived in pa but moved to south carolina a few months ago.. a couple weeks ago i was back in pa drinking with some friends the cops busted the party and i got an underage.. i dont have my liscence but i do have a pa permit.. will my insurance go up? how long will i lose my license?

Suspending your license is at the discretion of the court, so it is up to the judge.
